🎯 Sooo we’re hiring again, and this may be our most important hire yet.

Role: Associate Director of Creator Marketing
Type: Full-time, remote

After a scrappy and successful first year at Creator Match 🧩, we’re entering our next chapter: scaling intentionally and expanding our capabilities. This role is a pivotal senior-level hire as we move from momentum to maturity, helping us build the infrastructure for long-term growth.

The Associate Director of Creator Marketing will serve as the strategic leader of our client-facing operations, taking full ownership of campaign execution, client relationships, and team development.

“This single person could take us from 7 to 8 figures. No pressure, right?”

📈 LinkedIn creators are changing the game, and brands are noticing.

I wrote 2 articles in Fast Company that perfectly capture where B2B creator marketing is headed, and why LinkedIn is at the center of it all.

1. From Job Board to Creator Goldmine (Fast Company)

LinkedIn has evolved into a full-blown creator platform, and not with the usual Instagram-style influencers. We’re talking about a new wave of “professional influencers” who are building massive audiences by sharing their career stories, lessons, and insights.

“LinkedIn has become a home for a new kind of creator,” said Kaya Yurieff, LinkedIn Top Voice and team lead at The Information. “It remains a white space with relatively less competition.”

Creators like:

  • Jess Ramos, who went viral with a late-night remote work post and now has 212,000+ followers.

  • Melissa Grabiner, an HR pro turned top LinkedIn voice with 400,000+ followers and $50K+ in brand deals.

  • Ruben Hassid, who transformed his career slump into a personal brand that generated nearly $1M in revenue through ghostwriting software and 50+ brand partnerships.

They’re building trust and monetizing in new ways: digital courses, coaching, ghostwriting, community, and six-figure brand deals.

“I’ve collaborated with over a dozen companies... with speaking engagements ranging from $15,000 to $20,000,” said Selena Rezvani, a LinkedIn Top Voice.

And it’s not just carousels, short-form video on LinkedIn is booming too, up 34% year-over-year according to Microsoft.

2. How Brands Are Tapping Into LinkedIn’s Influencer Revolution (Fast Company)

Brands are waking up to the power of LinkedIn creators, and adjusting their strategies accordingly.

“LinkedIn may not be the first platform that springs to mind for influencer marketing, but that’s quickly changing,” says Jasmine Enberg, principal analyst at Emarketer.

Here’s what they’re doing:

  • HubSpot partnered with 20+ LinkedIn creators in 2024, many of whom now contribute across HubSpot’s media network — not just one-off posts.

  • ClickUp takes a “mile-deep” approach, investing heavily in long-term creator relationships, webinars, and collaborative product sessions.

  • Teachable worked with Creator Match (👋) on their first LinkedIn creator campaign, encouraging influencers to showcase their “9-5 quitter story.”

“Creators in the B2B space are our top priority,” said Alanah Joseph, head of creator partnerships at HubSpot.

As influencer marketing matures, platforms are evolving too. New features like Thought Leader Ads now let brands amplify influencer posts, a game-changer for paid reach and strategic distribution.

The takeaway?
LinkedIn is no longer just a place to get hired. It’s where B2B influence gets built.
